To provide a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience, we believe all store policies need to be clear, fair and transparent. Take a look below to learn more about ours, and reach out with questions.

P&P is a flat rate of £3.99 and all parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.  You will receive an email once it has been dispatched.

Turn around time to make your order can be up to 1-2 weeks (usually less), this does not include delivery times. 

​

Once with Royal Mail your parcel will take anywhere from 3 - 10 working days to get delivered to you, but may be longer depending on the time of year and the efficiency of your local sorting office.

All kits are made to order.

If you are interested in a custom kit or workshop please pop me a message.

Decoration kits cannot be returned unless faulty, if you do find a fault or have a query with your product please contact me to discuss and remedy.
